Rule 01
Proof
The old case studies were removed. The new proof library will be permissioned or clearly labelled.
Owned Cloud should earn trust with clean boundaries: real delivery notes when they exist, representative patterns when they are only patterns, and no numbers we cannot stand behind.
Rule 02
Representative patterns are labelled as patterns, not customer outcomes.
Rule 03
Published case studies need scope, boundary, and verification notes before they go live.
Until the proof library is rebuilt, the site points buyers toward the practical first step: map one fragile system, scope the first fix, and decide if deeper Owned Cloud infrastructure work is warranted.
